Is there anyway to tell how many ounces I need, in order to get the exact smoothie calorie count?

What if your not trying to build muscle mass for exercising what if you just want to gain weight.

    • Smoothie Gains says:

Gaining weight is easy. Eat more calories than your body uses. If you eat more calories than your body needs you will gain weight, if you eat less you will loose weight. Building muscles takes exercise. If you don’t care about gaining muscle mass, don’t exercise.

So to gain weight but not muscle, eat more calories but don’t work out.

Just drink the smoothie then, you’ll get fat,or gain weight, but muscle is heavier than fat

Muscle and fat weigh the same but muscle is leaner!! Therefore takes up less room in the body helping us look “toned” or “sculpted”

  6. James says:

Would it be best to consume these smoothies Pre or Post work-out?
For example – I’ve started doing my resistance training in the morning (about 7am) and then my cardio in the evening. Should I get up earlier and consume the “mega shake” before my training or eat a small snack and then consume it after?
    Many thanks

Get up drink a protein shake just one scoop before you start working out, then rite after your workout drink your high calorie shake

      • Pdbl says:

It doesn’t matter when. Your body does not take up the protein immediately so it doesn’t matter.
You’ll have effect of what you eat/drink the day after. Research has shown it’s great to eat a banana an hour before working out.

  8. Daniel says:

I really needed this, and plan to add some cool things, fruits, honey, and carb powder, cause protein powder doesn’t help me as much as pure protein, like Serious Mass big bag.

    Thanks a lot!!
