The Problem With Huge Trap Muscles
I was originally going to call this post “the one muscle bodybuilders hate.” But that would just be a click-bait title. Trapazoid muscles are great, they make you look super strong and look especially good in a tshirt. At the same time though, men with huge traps looks like they have a smaller version of themselves coming out of their bodies.
In the above image, it looks like there is a smaller man above the red lines trapped inside of the body of the larger man.
Look at famous professional wrestler Brock Lesnar:
It’s a miniature Brock Lesnar trapped in the larger Brock Lesnar’s body!
Obviously, this is a joke, but there are men who specifically do not target their traps because of how strange huge trap muscles look sometimes.

The traps make it!
Three great workouts for the traps are:
- Deadlifts
- Facepulls
- Shurgs
If you want to get bigger traps, do at least one of the above on a regular basis.
