Peach Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
This is a great tasting peach-yogurt smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 2 Frozen Peaches
- 1/2 Cup Milk – Whole
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
If freezing the peaches yourself, be sure to remove the pits before placing into the freezer.
Place into large blender. Blend until smooth.
Twists:
- You can use fresh peaches and a frozen banana if that is easier.
- Add a drop or two of vanilla extract.
