1000 Calorie Keto Smoothie recipe
This is a keto smoothie for ultimate gains. Well over a thousand calories and only 21g of carbs. It’s a thick, natural, great tasting smoothie. This recipe is especially nice for vegetarians attempting to live on a keto diet.
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Macadamia Butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Scoops Scivation Whey Protein (1g carbs/scoop!)
- Blend and drink.
- Add ice
- Substitute coconut cream for the heavy cream
- You can use almond butter or peanut butter rather than macadamia butter, but macadamia butter is more keto friendly
Great recipe. Heavy cream actually has 8g of carbs per 1/2 cup so the macros are a little higher than what’s posted. Cashew milk is a great substitute on a keto diet as it only has 3g net carbs per cup. I will definitely try this shake out seems like it’s exactly what I need in my keto training program.
